Welcome to SIM TOBI. By using this website and purchasing our eSIM services, you are deemed to have agreed to the following Terms of Service. Please be sure to read them before using the service.
1. Service Overview
SIM TOBI provides international eSIM services for Japanese tourists traveling abroad.
By using our eSIM plans, you can use mobile data in
over 200 countries and regions without using a physical SIM card.
All services are provided as digital products and delivered electronically via email.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the following conditions:
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a legal guardian.
You must own an eSIM-compatible device.
You must use the service only for lawful purposes.
SIM TOBI’s services are intended for personal travel use, and resale or redistribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.
3. Purchase and Delivery
After payment is completed:
The eSIM QR code will be sent to your registered email address.
Delivery is usually immediate, but it may take a few minutes.
You are responsible for entering a valid email address.
Once the eSIM has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
4. Activation and Use
To activate the eSIM, you must scan the QR code.
Internet access begins when you connect to a supported network at your destination.
The validity period starts from the time the eSIM is activated.
Data usage varies depending on the plan you select.
You are responsible for installing the eSIM correctly in accordance with our instructions.
5. Compatible Devices
This service is available only on eSIM-compatible devices.
Please be sure to check your device compatibility before purchasing. SIM TOBI is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible devices or SIM-locked devices.
6. Coverage Areas and Networks
SIM TOBI is available in over 200 countries and regions and uses local carrier networks.
Communication speed and connectivity may vary depending on the following factors:
Your location
Local carrier
Network congestion
We do not guarantee any specific communication speed.
7. Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Plans)
Unlimited data plans are subject to a fair use policy.
If excessive usage that affects network quality is detected, speeds may be restricted in accordance with the local carrier’s regulations.
8. Refund Policy
As eSIMs are digital products:
In principle, all sales are final.
Refunds will be issued only if the eSIM was not delivered or if it cannot be used due to our technical issues.
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
Incompatible device
Incorrect installation
Changes to travel plans
Network restrictions in specific regions
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to the following:
To use the service lawfully
Not to misuse the network
To follow the installation and usage instructions
To confirm that your device supports eSIM
SIM TOBI is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect settings or user error.
10. Limitation of Liability
SIM TOBI is not responsible for:
Travel delays or losses
Loss of data
Service interruptions due to local networks
Device compatibility issues
Indirect or incidental damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM service.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
