Not Compatible Devices
Our eSIM does not work with:
Locked phones
Feature phones
Tablets without eSIM support
Devices purchased from some carriers with eSIM disabled
How to Check If Your Phone Supports eSIM
Option 1: Dial Code
Dial:
*#06#
If you see an EID number, your device supports eSIM.
Option 2: Phone Settings
Go to:
Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM
If this option appears, your device is compatible.

Compatibility may vary by region and carrier
Dual SIM phones can use eSIM and physical SIM together
Some devices purchased in specific countries may not support eSIM
